Turn your MONOLITH Kamado Grill into a high quality bbq smoker. A well-rounded range of smoke flavours, something for every taste! These smoke pellets each produce, depending on the type of wood, their own signature flavour. Made purely of hardwood (no bark used) and are suitable for all types of grills. The smoking pellets are scattered directly on to the charcoal – no soaking required.
CHERRY
Sweet, fruity, mild smoke – givestender meat that added extra flavour.
Great for ribs.
Ideal for beef, pork, poultry, fish, game.
Beech
The Classic smoke pellet flavour.
The mild smoke is very versatile and suits almost everything. It is also a great base for your own smoke pellet mixture.
Ideal for beef, pork, poultry and for baking.
Walnut
Strong nutty smoke, the perfect match for strong meat flavours.
Ideal for ribs, beef, pork, ham, game.
Apple
Sweet, fruity, strong smoke. The results are an intense fruity smoky flavour.

LOAD
Open the flap of the smoker unit and add smoke pellets to the smoke feeder cartridge.
INSERT
Guide the smoker cartridge into the Monolith ceramic grill.
RELEASE
Release the slider “trapdoor” to deposit the smoke pellets directly into the embers then remove the smoker cartridge and close the flap.
